Check Your Email Provider's Spam/Junk Folder Emails that land in your spam or junk folder in your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) may not be forwarded to Sonas.     Sonas does not currently support out-of-office (OOO) auto replies or time-based automated replies for incoming emails. This feature is on the development roadmap.
