How to exhaust an Enquiry

To close a live enquiry you will need to exhaust it within Sonas.

Step-by-step guide:

1. To exhaust an enquiry, click on the General section of your customer's event sub menu.

2. Click the Actions menu in the top right hand corner and then **Exhaust.

3. This will take you to another page where you can indicate the reason for shutting down the enquiry and which other venue was booked instead (if known). 

4. The information provided here can generate event marketing reports in Sonas, providing you with a better understanding of why your enquiries are not being converted.
